This role involves assisting with department training, ensuring quality checks and paperwork are completed, supporting continuous improvement principles, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The Team Lead will highlight critical issues, communicate relevant information, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the safe and timely production of deliverables. They will also assist with employee activities, identify and correct unsafe acts, help diagnose machinery malfunctions, participate in Gemba, create standard work instructions, and act as a certified First Responder. The position requires adherence to ISO-9000 procedures and acting as a role model for team engagement and morale, embodying TCF Core Values.
