About The Position

As a Warehouse Distribution Associate, you are responsible for storing materials, unpacking, and scanning to increase efficiency and profitability. This is a full-time, overnight position.

Requirements

• 6+ months experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or related environment
• 6+ months of experience using technology such as smart phones and tablets, inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Experience using a handheld scanning device or related technology
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
• 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
• Able to lift, pull, and push 50 pounds of weight by oneself
• Able to stand a full shift while working
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and operational manuals in English; ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow verbal instructions to ensure a safe and productive work environment
• Comfortable working in various temperatures including cold environment (34-40 degrees Fahrenheit depending on site) and occasional freezer temperatures that can range anywhere from 0-10 degrees Fahrenheit

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certified preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment a plus
• Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Picking and filling orders from stock inventory
• Managing, organizing and retrieving stock inventory
• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
• Packing and shipping orders
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Accepting delivery of inventory
• Counting and confirming of inventory
• Labeling of new inventory stock
• Organizing orders for pickup and delivery
• Perform cycle counts when directed
• Support training initiatives
• Complete other duties as assigned
