About The Position

This position supports manufacturing, scheduling, logistics, and transportation activities to improve shipment accuracy, inventory flow, and service levels. The role will assist with inventory transactions, reporting, and coordination across the supply chain network. Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience or internship/co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Self-motivated with a willingness to ask questions and grow
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
Equivalent combination of education and internship/early career experience will be considered
Exposure to data analysis or reporting preferred
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food processing environments is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) or warehouse systems preferred
Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the creation of internal requisitions, sales orders, and stock transfer orders using tools such as Oracle, SAP, and reporting systems
Assist with monitoring inventory movement and helping ensure timely and accurate shipments across the network
Partner with production schedulers, material planners, and supply planning teams to support day-to-day planning activities
Help review inventory data and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement
Assist with troubleshooting order or system issues (including EDI transactions) and escalate as needed
Support the processing of over, short, and damaged product claims
Participate in routine inventory activities, including cycle counts within the warehouse network
Help review warehouse invoices and support purchase order creation for supplies
Learn and support usage of supply chain systems, including Oracle and SAP
Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs)
Provide general support to logistics and distribution team members as needed
