Position Summary: Reviewing and distributing work orders to Shipping Floor conferring with Shipping Supervisor to determine progress of work and completion times.

Requirements

• Effective time management, organizational and planning skills are essential
• Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Computer experience with MS Office
• HS graduate or equivalent required
• 1+ years of prior warehouse shipping experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in shipping scheduling environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
• Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
• Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.
• Pull Freight orders as needed.
• Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
