About The Position

As a Warehouse-Delivery Driver, you will receive inventory and place it into stock, pick and pack orders for delivery, deliver and/or pick up goods at specified locations accurately and on time, load and unload trucks and trailers, maintain warehouse housekeeping, and support inventory control. You may also perform materials handling, shipping, receiving, picking, and packing duties when called upon. The expected pay rate is $19.00–$23.00 per hour. The role requires frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping, as well as lifting and carrying items of varying weights. Driving requires close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision. Candidates are subject to pre-employment assessments, a Motor Vehicle Record review, criminal background and reference checks, and a post-offer drug screen.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED, and six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current medical certification card or ability to obtain and maintain one.
Ability to meet the role's physical demands, including lifting and carrying items up to 100 pounds; buddy-lift or mechanical assistance is advised for heavier items.
Vision suitable for operating equipment and company vehicles, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
Become familiar with delivery routes and customers' preferences.
Receive inventory and place it into stock.
Pick and pack orders for delivery.
Deliver and/or pick up goods at specified locations in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform warehouse duties when called upon, including materials handling, shipping and receiving, picking, and packing.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and support inventory control.
