In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc., currently has a great career opportunity for a Warehouse Delivery Driver in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and picking up materials all around the state, with the majority of your work based in the Phoenix Valley. If you have experience as a Receiver, Machine operator, Material handler, Shipping and receiving associate, Warehouse clerk, Forklift operator, Merchandise pickup/receiving associate, Loader, General Laborer, Shipping specialist, Stocker, Warehouse packer, Distribution center associate, or Inventory control associate, this may be a good fit for you!

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred
  • Ability to operate a 24-foot flatbed straight axle vehicle
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 24-foot flatbed truck with manual transmission
  • Delivering and picking up materials
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to construction sites
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations
  • Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
  • Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for forklifts, drills, saws, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
