About The Position

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional individual to support both Delivery Driver and warehouse operations. This role requires safe, timely deliveries and efficient management of daily warehouse activities.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly
Strong time‑management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

Operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver and pick up products and equipment.
Load and unload deliveries using a pallet jack or manual handling, ensuring items are protected from damage or loss.
Review deliveries for accuracy against customer invoices.
Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or customer feedback.
Maintain professional conduct, follow all traffic laws, and perform daily vehicle safety checks.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company vehicles responsibly.
Use communication tools (e.g., two‑way phones) to stay connected with dispatch.
Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming inventory accurately.
Pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing shipments.
Load and unload shipments while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Assist with general maintenance and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
