About The Position

MacArthur Co. is a 100% employee-owned national distributor of building materials. The Warehouse & Delivery Driver stocks and prepares building-material orders for distribution to customers. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, safety, and accurate, repeatable work. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor areas, and loading and unloading require careful attention to safety and order accuracy. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Qualified driving record and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 40–70 pounds throughout the workday.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Follow the company's safety policies and expectations.
• Ability to work independently while supporting teamwork in a larger workgroup.

• Proven forklift material-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and transport building materials efficiently and accurately using a variety of equipment.
• Follow the daily operations schedule and adjust to customer needs.
• Band, wrap, or package materials for shipment on commercial trucks and trailers.
• Organize and clean warehouse and yard work areas as needed.
• Produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Work comfortably under close supervision as part of a stable team.
• Make decisions within clear guidelines, with support from teammates and management.
