About The Position

Better Buzz Coffee is growing and expanding! We are seeking a delivery driver who will also assist with warehouse operations. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running due to our robust growth plans. The position reports to our General Manager of Coffee Roasting and Production. Better Buzz Coffee is a USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster based in San Diego, with multiple locations across southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. We source and roast all our coffees in our local warehouse in Vista, CA, and are dedicated to providing an exceptional coffee and food experience in an inspiring environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
Previous experience driving a commercial vehicle and warehouse experience preferred
Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours in a day
Must pass a Department of Motor Vehicle background check and come with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times following all traffic rules and laws
Load and unload vehicles
Effectively handles routine tasks and escalates unusual or high priority items
Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
Assist with all coffee production duties in the warehouse
Displays safe and effective use of all shop tools and equipment
