About The Position

Keeling Company is actively seeking candidates for a Warehouse/Delivery Associate at our Corporate Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, a “whatever it takes to get it done” mindset, be hard-working, detail-oriented, willing to assist where needed, and open to taking direction. As part of the shipping team, this person will be cross-trained in all shipping functions. Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and/ or driving experience
• 21 years or older
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
• Comply with all DOT Regulations, including medical certification and drug testing
• Have a clean and safe driving record and a valid driver's license
• Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, packing orders/transfers, and local delivery driving.
• Truck and forklift daily and monthly inspections
• Using the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory, process adjustments, assist with cycle counts, and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Deliver orders/transfers when necessary
• Create outgoing UPS labels and make sure boxes go out
• Load and unload products manually as needed
• Assist with warehouse and facility operations where needed
• Other duties as assigned
