Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry required.
• Proficiency in data entry software, inventory management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• High level of accuracy in data entry and verification.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some roles preferring associate degrees.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred, but some roles offer training.

Responsibilities

• Tracking stock movement, updating product details, and performing inventory audits.
• Verifying packing lists, processing incoming/outgoing shipments, and updating records.
• Ensuring data integrity by reviewing, verifying, and correcting inaccuracies in shipping documents.
• Filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
• Coordinating with logistics teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
