About The Position

At CJ Logistics, our Customer Service Representatives keep things moving! You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you! This is a 24/7, 365 operation, with some holidays required to be worked. While most responsibilities will take place during standard business hours, adaptability is key.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)

Nice To Haves

• Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
• Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy.
• Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed.
