About The Position
Join our team as a Warehouse Sanitation Associate, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our facility clean, organized, and safe. This position works primarily inside the warehouse, maintaining sanitation standards and supporting our recycling efforts by collecting and processing cardboard boxes and other materials. You’ll help ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for all team members while following all company and regulatory safety procedures.
Requirements
- Experience using cleaning tools or warehouse equipment (like pallet jacks or floor scrubbers) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals safely.
- Able to lift at least 20 lbs (9 kg) and stay active throughout your shift.
- Can handle working in cold storage (as low as -20°F / -25°C) and warm dry areas (up to 100°F / 37°C) — protective gear is provided.
- Team player with a great attitude — ready to jump in and help wherever needed!
Responsibilities
- Work throughout the warehouse and cold storage areas to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors.
- Pick up trash, debris and applet pieces to keep aisles clear and workspaces safe.
- Remove ice buildup in freezer areas when needed.
- Make sure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, working properly, and stored safely.
- Operate floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, or other equipment when needed.
