As a sanitation team member, you’ll respond quickly to spills, breaks, and accidents while maintaining overall facility cleanliness. Ideal for those who enjoy fast-paced, team-oriented work. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainers
- On-going, continuous safety training throughout the year
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or cold weather gear provided at no cost

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to spills, breaks, clogged drains, and other maintenance needs
- Operate balers and compactors; load pallets and recyclables onto trailers
- Maintain organized, well-stocked supply and maintenance areas
- Complete cleaning tasks independently (restrooms, floors, offices, common areas)
- Clean warehouse aisles and docks; organize pallets, totes, and other assets
- Safely use equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scrubbers) and follow all safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
