About The Position

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Custodian / Janitor at its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of Uline’s warehouse and supports facility operations through cleaning, maintenance, waste processing, equipment operation, and general labor. The position is on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no nights or weekends. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, with growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, dust racks, and perform interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Remove trash and process box scraps using a compactor.
• Operate a floor scrubber, electric or propane, and other equipment.
• Assist with special projects and perform general labor to support operational requirements as needed.
