About The Position

Planet 13 Florida is proud to be one of the largest, most advanced, and sustainable providers of medical cannabis in the state. Our mission is to help our Florida friends and neighbors live their healthiest lives through access to our premium, all-natural, sun-grown cannabis products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Crew Member to join our growing team in St Johns, FL. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by supporting receiving, organizing, inventory tracking, and logistics.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to pass Level 2 Florida State background check and drug screening.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations with proper labeling and tracking.
Accurately pull, pack, and stage orders for internal departments or outbound distribution.
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space at all times.
Participate in cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and daily reconciliation.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
Report inventory discrepancies, product damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide support to other departments with material handling and logistics.
Assist with implementing company policies and performance standards.
Comply with all Planet 13 HR and confidentiality policies.
