This role is crucial for maintaining a productive warehouse operation by accurately pulling and staging customer orders, stocking product, loading product, handling returns, and performing general warehouse duties. Requirements

Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment as assigned and authorized.
Ability to verify product, quantities, labels, and order accuracy using pick sheets, labels, or warehouse documentation.
Ability to perform quality control checks and report damaged, missing, or incorrect product.
Ability to stage and prepare orders for loading according to route sequence and company procedures.
Ability to load product in a stable, safe, and travel-ready manner.
Ability to assist with product returns, including verifying counts, documenting returned items, and moving product to proper locations.
Ability to support warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, boxes, spills, and other hazards from assigned work areas.
Ability to ensure warehouse equipment is charged, maintained, and ready for the next shift.
Ability to work in cooler, freezer, dry warehouse, dock, and loading areas as assigned.
Ability to follow all company safety policies, procedures, and federal and state safety regulations.
Ability to identify and report safety concerns, damaged equipment, housekeeping issues, or unsafe conditions to a supervisor or Safety Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, load, and organize customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive, unload, verify, and stock product in designated warehouse locations.
Use forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment as assigned and authorized.
