About The Position
This position involves managing warehouse operations including unloading trucks, tracking deliveries, pulling and issuing parts, receiving inventory, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records. The role requires interacting with employees and contractors as customers, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Experience with mobile equipment.
- A strong focus on safety.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Self-starter.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy parts.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of any inventory systems, Excel, and Outlook software.
- Forklift Certified
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or welding replacement parts helpful.
Responsibilities
- Staff the warehouse counter
- Accept deliveries, check in products/place into proper stocking locations
- Pick parts, issue parts to appropriate departments
- Perform cycle count
- Assist employees and contractors as “customers.”
- Investigate discrepancies.
