Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Up to 1 year of related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filling orders and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
• Informing customers and/or the Sales Department of any issues that might occur with filling product requested.
• Continuously updating Branch Manager of customer interests and issues.
• Entering sales orders for product(s) selected by the customer, ensuring all materials are entered accordingly and documentation is complete within the close of sale.
• Assisting customers with identifying specific products based on their requirements, suggesting alternatives, and up-selling related products.
• Physically locating and picking orders once product order has been finalized.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Assisting with the overflow of sales calls.
• Shipping/Receiving and storing product/inventory.
• Completing wire cuts for orders.
• Other duties as required.
