As a Warehouse Coordinator: You’ll pick orders, stock transfers, and handle returns for technicians, as well as warranty returns back to vendors. When our technicians need new parts so they can keep helping people with their heating, air, and plumbing problems, you have the important role of making sure we have everything they need! Sometimes, this includes returning parts back to vendors when things are still under warranty. You’ll help clean the warehouse and set up for occasional in-house events. Sometimes, we have company breakfasts, fiestas, and more! You’ll pull inventory for parts runners. When a customer needs help and one of our technicians is missing a part they need, our parts runners will get the piece from the warehouse and deliver it. You’ll make sure they have the part they need, and sometimes, you might even be the one to deliver the part when things get busy. You’ll be working Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30pm. Those things will come in handy when you do data entry. Don’t worry—you won’t have to write any reports! You’re always willing to jump in and help others!
