About The Position

Hurco Companies, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will primarily focus on pulling production orders and assisting the receiving department. They are responsible for organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse and inventory to serve the needs of both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years prior warehouse, receiving, and production distribution experience
• Ability to organize and manage stock levels
• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills

Nice To Haves

• Bar code experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Pull production orders and process daily transfers in D365 system.
• Receive and organize incoming parts and inventory in the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner.
• Stock parts shelves in correct fashion; making sure parts are sorted in bins, clearly labeled and neat.
• Pull orders from shelves and complete system updates and paperwork.
• Maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business teams.
• Work with other departments for inventory needed and process transfers.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
