About The Position

Venture General Contracting is hiring for a Warehouse Coordinator to join the team. The Warehouse Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse and job sites, ensuring accuracy and timelines of all job functions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license and insurance required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift driving and trailer hauling experience preferred.
  • One year of prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment, tools, material, and debris to and from Venture job sites, vendors, and the Warehouse.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain the Warehouse and all equipment.
  • Test, inspect, and tag equipment that needs repair and coordinate repair with vendor.
  • Sort and place materials, tools, and equipment on racks, shelves or in bins.
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe of all employees and visitors.
  • Assist Assistant Superintendent and Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse activities.
  • Continually track and update tools and equipment with VGC inventory software.
  • Provide fleet management assistance as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
