Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, picking and packing products, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to strong detail with the ability to identify and correct errors effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Desire to grow within the organization
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the JX Truck Center network.
  • Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in full.
  • Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify all incoming freight verifying the correct location.
  • Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Daily utilization of sit-down fork trucks along with pallet jacks.
  • Provide mentorship to new hires as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing training and complete all annual training requirements.
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.
