About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the shipment and delivery of patient orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves managing branch vehicles, tracking equipment, and adhering to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines. The position requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills: CPR+ application, Outlook, etc.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment and delivery of patient orders in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy and General Manager.
• Ensure accurate filling, appropriate packing (including cool packs), and timely shipping/delivery of items and supplies according to company quality standards.
• Coordinate UPS/FedEx shipping services and schedule external courier services.
• Track delivery status and facilitate resolution of any related issues.
• Track and confirm receipt of all signed delivery tickets on a daily basis and follow up on outstanding tickets.
• Oversee management of branch vehicles, including coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs, and maintaining vehicle records.
• Track all locally assigned equipment and ensure accuracy of data in the equipment tracking database.
• Perform all duties of a delivery driver as required.
• Maintain complete understanding of confidentiality regarding company proprietary information, patient/client care information, and comply with all federal and state laws regarding PHI and EPHI, following HIPAA guidelines.
