About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and plant operations. This role is crucial for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and providing administrative support, ensuring products move safely and on time while meeting Coca-Cola’s operational and quality standards. The position operates on an overnight shift, Monday through Friday, from 7 pm to 3 am.

Requirements

  • High School General Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Prior experience in similar administrative support position highly preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

  • Post-secondary education, completion of some college-level coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Use computer systems and office tools (Microsoft Office, SAP, Kronos, Lotus Notes, Datamatics, fax/copier, and 10‑key) to support warehouse operations.
  • Act as an SAP power user and help create simple training materials and job aids.
  • Manage delivery gates by checking in drivers, assigning loads to docks, printing paperwork, and dispatching work to loaders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by tracking damaged or destroyed product, researching inventory differences, and helping resolve issues per company policy.
  • Support inventory and shipments for outside storage facilities, including warehouse shuttles.
  • Monitor inventory levels and product availability and assist with replenishment of non‑plant produced items.
  • Review inventory reports, support shuttle activity, and move inventory locations (SLOCs) between plants as needed in SAP.
  • Schedule carrier appointments and help balance workload between shifts and facilities.
  • Act quickly to resolve inventory shortages that could impact customer orders.
  • Communicate with Transportation, Distribution, Customer Service, and customers to meet delivery and service expectations.
  • Answer the main phone line, greet visitors, maintain the visitor log, and issue visitor badges.
  • Follow all Coca‑Cola safety, quality, and workplace standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
