Warehouse Coordinator - 6:00pm - 4:30am (Mon - Thurs)
About The Position
Join our distribution family as a Warehouse Coordinator! This role is for a natural organizer, problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoying leading a team, keeping operations running smoothly, and making a real impact every day. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. You will plan and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returns. You will also schedule and coordinate labor effectively to meet business goals, ensure SOPs and customer instructions are followed, lead and motivate your team, maintain accurate inventory, oversee equipment and space, interface with customers, and promote safety, organization, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse. Requirements
- Experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively.
- Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, sit, walk, twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Ready to work varied hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Show up prepared, on time, and ready to make things happen.
- Jump in wherever needed, solve problems, and make your area shine.
- Share information clearly, support your teammates, and help us improve every day.
- Follow all rules, report hazards, and keep everyone safe.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift license (or ability to obtain one)
- RF Scan device experience
