As our next Warehouse Coordinator I, you will play a crucial role in keeping our Parts Department running smoothly. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry level zero (0) years of experience.
- Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
- A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

- Prefer minimum of one (1) + year(s) of experience.
Responsibilities
- Freight Receiving: Unpack, check in, count, verify, and scan barcodes on incoming branch freight under supervisor guidance, adhering to established intake procedures.
- Stocking & Shelf Maintenance: Stock parts shelves neatly and correctly; ensure parts are accurately sorted into assigned bins and properly labeled.
- Order Fulfillment: Pull parts orders from shelves accurately using pick sheets/scanners and stage items for customer pickup or driver delivery.
- Basic Shipping & Core Returns: Package basic shipments and core returns, assisting with necessary shipping documentation.
- Internal Customer Support: Maintain a positive, helpful attitude when providing parts support to internal customers and partnering business units.
- Other Duties: Perform routine housecleaning, basic facility upkeep, and other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
- Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
