Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Warehouse Coordinator/Driver to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.
  • Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
  • Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record.
  • Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of associates to meet daily targets.
  • Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure, organized warehouse environment.
  • Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
