Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write numbers in English
  • Must be able to use computer and programs associated with job requirements
  • Must be able to make decisions independently
  • Must be able to record, analyze, comprehend, and interpret data
  • Must be able to meet frequent deadlines
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Process orders for shipments or customer pick-ups as required by the customer and as required by the company.
  • Handle Will Call (Customer Pick-Up) functions
  • Receive and enter purchase orders into inventory including scanning inventory
  • Search for/research lost or misplaced orders or products
  • Answer phones and email accordingly
  • Place / retrieve roll or product to/from location
  • Use RF unit to determine destination for product
  • Repair product packaging as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
