About The Position

The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for providing internal and external administrative and customer support in the branch. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating yard flow, scheduling appointments, and acting as a point of contact for departments. The clerk will also be responsible for printing labels, creating problem tickets, and generating load sheets and/or ASNs, while consistently meeting company expectations for accuracy, performance, and attendance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficient to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to answer phones and respond rapidly to emails
  • Ability to work independently and in a diverse work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Previous SAP and Catalyst experience and familiarity with transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email
  • Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed
  • Maintain proper flow of the yard; Schedule appointments as necessary
  • Schedule and administer work assignments
  • Function as point of contact for respective department
  • Print labels; create problem tickets
  • Create load sheets and/or ASN’s
  • Successfully meet company expectation in regard to accuracy, performance, and attendance.
  • Completes other duties as assigned
