The Clerk will use Excel, Word and Google Sheets as well as some SAP transactions. In Excel we are looking up and filtering through store information. In Word we are creating addresses and Store Placards through a template. In Google Sheets we are entering data from what we are receiving daily. In SAP we are packing and tracking orders.
