We are currently looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Clerk to join our team. As a Warehouse clerk, you will play a key role in managing inventory, organizing shipments, and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Job Summary: Assist in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months or more of similar or related experience.
  • Must have the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to be insured under company’s vehicle insurance policy.
  • Ability to do simple addition and subtraction.
  • Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • May involve operating forklifts and pallet jacks; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Is the first point of contact for the Branch Manager in regards to helping with daily operations and functionality of the Warehouse.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment.
  • Works daily to accurately input accepted shipments into inventory systems.
  • Updates warehouse management system daily. (KOJO & Fishbowl)
  • Adheres to Company policies and guidelines.
  • Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
  • Track incoming/outgoing job material/inventory.
  • Assist in receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and updating inventory systems accordingly. Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
