About The Position

This is a physical warehouse position involving the unloading of tractor-trailer loads of furniture and staging it for deliveries. The role requires ensuring items are assembled according to manufacturer directions, performing a minimum daily offloading output, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Proper equipment use is essential for team safety, and delivery items must be placed as specified. Effective communication and professional collaboration with coworkers are expected, along with embracing Werner Final Mile Values. A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• One plus years transportation / Logistics / customer product assembly / delivery of furniture or appliances, or experience with a moving company.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Speak English and communicate with coworkers.
• Read assembly instructions.
