About The Position

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring all shipments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. This role is a key part of the logistics team, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse and efficient delivery of products to customers and carriers.

Requirements

• Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma completed
• Capability to work as a team player
• Good Math skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a similar position is an asset
• Forklift certification is an asset

Responsibilities

• Inspect all products coming in from the picking floor and verify accuracy against packing slips
• Consolidate all products coming in from the picking floor together with their corresponding order
• Create Bill of Ladings for outbound shipments
• Shrink wrap shipments on skids
• Process various courier shipments in their online portals
• Use pump truck to move shipments into shipping lanes
• Assist customers at Pick-Up Window
• Assist drivers for carriers when they arrive
• Keep shipping area clean, including outside ramp and under dock doors
• Various projects as assigned by Shipping Manager / Shipping Leads
