About The Position

As a key member of our Warehouse team, you will be responsible to process customer orders accurately and efficiently so that shipments are processed to ship in a timely and accurate manner. An important part of the position requires the Team Member to be responsible for the detailed inspection of product and documents.

Requirements

Ability to lift or move heavy materials
Experience operating machinery
Comfortable driving a forklift
Physical ability to work standing all day while moving about entire warehouse
Impeccable attention to detail
Must be able to read, understand and interpret written instructions
Friendliness, enthusiasm, and reliability with a positive “team-player” attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Carpentry skills with ability to build wood crates
DLA experience

Responsibilities

Pack/Repackage materials to customer packaging requirements
Understand packaging codes
Safely package items into the appropriate container
Report any material issues, non-conformities, and/or other concerns
Receiving incoming and loading outgoing material
Operate machinery and drive a forklift
Carpentry skills with ability to build wood crates is a plus, but not required
Operate various tools properly as needed
Work onsite effectively as part of the Pioneer team
Other responsibilities outside the scope of daily task to maintain the smooth running of the business
