About The Position

The warehouse clerk (shipping/receiving) is responsible for receiving, processing UPS returns and shipping. The clerk ensures that all steps are followed safely and that the company’s various policies and procedures are respected. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Proficiency using information systems and workplace software.
• Good communication skills in French and/or English (writing, reading, and verbal).

Nice To Haves

• A certification to operate forklifts and other machinery used for moving and transporting products is an asset.
• Training will be offered if needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Scan the tracking numbers (waybills) of returned boxes and enter them into the system.
• Sort received boxes and organize them into pallets by department.
• Deliver the completed pallets to the appropriate department.
• Deliver identified received boxes to a specific employee at the receiving area.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in the information system, scan received devices and bring them to the repair center.
• Process customer returns once the devices have been repaired.
• On a daily basis, collect returns from the area designated for Montreal technicians.
• Ensure your work area is clean at the end of each shift.
• Operate an electric pallet jack on a daily basis and, on occasion, a forklift.
