The warehouse clerk (shipping/receiving) is responsible for receiving, processing UPS returns and shipping. The clerk ensures that all steps are followed safely and that the company’s various policies and procedures are respected. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, scanning tracking numbers, sorting boxes, organizing pallets, and delivering them to the appropriate departments. The clerk will also manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), scan received devices, and bring them to the repair center. Additionally, they will process customer returns after repair, collect daily returns, and maintain a clean work area. Operation of an electric pallet jack is required daily, and a forklift on occasion.
