Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous clerical, administrative, warehouse office, or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
Enter and verify inventory, receiving, and shipping information.
Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating transportation activities.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse associates, and management regarding operational needs.
Prepare and file paperwork related to warehouse operations.
Support inventory control processes and cycle count documentation.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
