About The Position
Focus Camera is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse or maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping a facility operating efficiently.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, janitorial, facilities, or maintenance experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating warehouse cleaning equipment or a cardboard baler is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate an industrial floor sweeping machine to maintain clean and safe warehouse floors.
- Collect cardboard, packaging materials, and other recyclable items throughout the warehouse.
- Safely operate a cardboard baler to compact recyclable materials.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
- Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and common areas clean and organized.
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse support duties as assigned.
