About The Position

Our company is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting finished goods to and from our fulfillment warehouse, (3 Minutes away) as well as assisting with warehouse duties as needed. The Warehouse Associate / Driver plays a crucial role in our logistics and warehousing operations, contributing to our goal of efficient and accurate product delivery while maintaining a positive team environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong math skills and understanding of logistics principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Must frequently lift-up to 20 lbs. and maneuver 165lbs
  • Capable of standing for an entire shift.
  • Energetic team player with self-starter capabilities.
  • Proven ability to follow and improve processes.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Display patience and resilience in stressful situations.
  • Able to adapt to shifting responsibilities as needed.
  • CDL Class A license is required.
  • Currently Holds up-to-date DOT medical card, or ability to renew before start date.

Responsibilities

  • Build and pack wholesale orders for outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse manager on product needs and shortages, alerting relevant parties of any orders that will be delayed.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the warehouse.
  • Attend weekly meetings related to job responsibilities.
  • Maintain diligent paperwork and records with legible handwriting and organizational skills.
  • Load and unload incoming / outgoing trucks.
  • Load and unload Product at required destinations.
  • Inventory products transferred per load.
  • Complete required paperwork and provide it to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles and equipment are operated safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and follows DOT regulations and company safety policies
  • Safely load / unload product with Hilo or Pallet jack.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on delivery trucks, such as checking oil and tire pressure.
  • Ensure a zero-injury environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with the Production Team to meet goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and respect.
  • Comply with customer contact standards and company procedures.
  • Conduct all company transactions ethically and prudently.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the workplace.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Behave cooperatively and professionally with colleagues.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to enhance overall productivity.
  • Efficiently manage time and tasks, seeking assistance when needed.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics through attitude, ideas, and strong work ethic.
