About The Position

Columbus Distributing Company is a family-owned sales and service corporation distributing Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, craft, and imported beers in Franklin County, Ohio. This full-time position operates Tuesday through Friday, starting at 6:30 am, with weekly pay. The role involves various warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, including product handling, order fulfillment using technology, and customer interaction for payment collection.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. from overhead to floor and lift kegs (up to 165 lbs.)
• Ability to work full time
• 1 year of Warehouse experience
• Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience

Responsibilities

• Read code cards and rotate warehouse products
• Build pallets of beer
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Accurately collect the amount due from customers
• Correctly complete all driver paperwork during check-in process
• Pick and pull orders utilizing our technology with an RF gun
• Handle products appropriately to avoid breakage
• Collect correct payment amounts from customers capable of using an iPad
• Load delivery trucks in the correct sequence to avoid delays in delivery routes
