2nd shift Warehouse Case Picker
About The Position
Gerber Childrenswear is seeking qualified warehouse associates to join their fulfillment center in the case picking department. This role involves efficiently picking customer orders, building pallets, packing and shipping orders, troubleshooting problems, and adhering to safety, quality, and production standards. Associates will operate an RF scanner and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge and experience within a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
- Pack and ship customer orders to specifications
- Troubleshoot problems to resolution
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
- Operate an RF scanner and scan accurately
- Any other duties as assigned
