About The Position

Drive DeVilbiss is a leading manufacturer of medical products with a strong track record of growth. We are currently hiring for 1st shift warehouse billers to become part of our team. The Auditor/Biller is responsible for ensuring the right product reaches the right customer on time and without damage. This involves processing outgoing package shipments using UPS, Fed EX, LTL Carriers, and SAP, as well as auditing customer orders prior to shipping. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Processing outgoing package shipments using UPS, Fed EX, LTL Carriers, and SAP
• Auditing customer orders prior to shipping using SAP

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing and shipping outgoing orders in a timely manner
• Print packing lists and labels, and apply as required
• Verify orders are complete prior to release for shipment
• Check for proper safety measures while working
• Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Other duties may be assigned
