Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in warehouse automation equipment maintenance or a recent graduate with a strong academic record.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and automation technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of new automation projects, ensuring timely and efficient integration of new equipment into existing operations.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and provide training to operators to ensure safe and effective use of automation equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnose and repair equipment issues, and ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Monitor the performance of automation equipment, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
