Requirements

Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations, including inventory counts, stock movements, and order processing.
Verify inventory levels by comparing them to system records and conducting physical counts.
Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in inventory records and take corrective action as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Collaborate with warehouse managers and team members to implement best practices for inventory control and accuracy.
Generate audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and enhance efficiency.
Train warehouse team members on inventory management procedures and best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems and tools.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Observe and follow health and safety regulations.
Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of safety incidents.
Assign designated safety personnel.
Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
