2nd shift Warehouse Auditor/Biller Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am
About The Position
Drive Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical products with a strong growth record. The company is currently hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Auditor/Biller. This role is responsible for ensuring the right product reaches the right customer on time and without damage. The Auditor/Biller will process outgoing package shipments using UPS, Fed EX, LTL Carriers, and necessary software, including SAP. Additionally, the role involves auditing customer orders before shipping using SAP and other required software. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 4pm-12:30am. The pay rate is $19.30 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour night shift differential.
Requirements
- Processing outgoing package shipments using UPS, Fed EX, LTL Carriers, using SAP and all necessary software
- Auditing customer orders prior to shipping using SAP and all necessary software
Responsibilities
- Accurately processing and shipping outgoing orders in a timely manner
- Print packing lists and labels, and apply as required
- Verify orders are complete prior to release for shipment
- Check for proper safety measures while working
- Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Other duties may be assigned
