This is a Salary Non-Exempt position for ADM Employees. The role involves performing receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and delivery of MRO inventory parts. The attendant will receive incoming inventory into the warehouse through the Maximo system, barcode and label all parts, and stock inventoried items in appropriate locations. Verification of purchase order numbers, packing slips, and description of parts is required. The role will process all incoming orders into the warehouse and pick inventoried items based upon the ordering system, and deliver parts to different locations. Performing cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy in the system is also a key responsibility. Kitting Jobs and Shaft Rotation Program are part of the role. Shift work will be required, and employees must work Holidays if scheduled. The working environment can include extreme temperatures both inside and outside, and the physical requirements include lifting and transporting materials up to 50 pounds, traversing distances, and moving about by stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting.   • Must be able to maintain production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product for shipping; moving and organizing inventory as needed; operating machinery to move items.
  • Able to lift and maneuver packages of a minimum of 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
  • Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to thirty (30) pounds on a frequent basis, up to fifty (50) pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to traverse up to two (2) miles during the course of a work day.
  • Ability to move about or to a work site by stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting frequently during the course of a work day; may require periods of prolonged sitting or standing and use of Ladders.
  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
  • Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • No minimum education requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card
  • 1 - 2 years of Helper level experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and delivery of MRO inventory parts.

  • Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  • Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
  • Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
  • Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
  • Kitting Jobs and Shaft Rotation Program.
