About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks within a warehouse environment, focusing on the efficient and safe handling of products and materials. The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for loading, unloading, inspecting, storing, and fulfilling inventory. The position requires operating equipment such as forklifts and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Teamwork is essential to ensure the quality and timeliness of orders. The role also includes equipment maintenance and other assigned tasks by the manager.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• At least 6 months warehouse experience
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance
• Courteous and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate in English well enough to perform the job duties
• Ability to work productively without constant supervision
• Stable employment history
• Previous experience operating a fork lift effectively
• Able to work overtime, nights, weekends and in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly
• Ability to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk and reach above shoulder

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory control devices such as handheld scanners and electronic order systems
• Experience with dehydration and filtering of oils and fuels
• Experience working on pumps, motors, and filtering systems

Responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading operations
• Inspect and verify products before storing in warehouse
• Deliver, stock, fulfill, and count inventory
• Keep work area neat and organized
• Work with a team to ensure quality, delivery and timeliness of orders are met
• Maintain and service company equipment
• Operate forklift to handle products and warehouse materials
• Operate pumps, motors and electrical devices
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established safety procedures and practices
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager
