About The Position

The Warehouse Attendant supports all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing, and controlling of food and beverage, supplies and services for their location. The staff ensures that best products and services are in the right places, at the right times and ready for the guests. Other duties include light warehouse maintenance, and general cleaning of the warehouse area of their location.

Requirements

Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
Demonstrate physical stamina & agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
Regularly lift & move materials & equipment up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to operate equipment such as phone and standard office equipment.
Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
Use hands for grasping equipment.
Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Follows steps of service.
Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed.
Receive food and beverage products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process.
Helps with invoice receiving and processing.
Delivers product requested during an event, including but not limited to changing kegs of beer.
Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests.
Maintains service areas.
Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
Labeling/dating all product being received.
Facilitates delivery sheet process to stand locations.
Maintains proper cleanliness and organization in warehouse.
Adheres to company guidelines and house rules.
Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
