About The Position

Safelite is hiring Warehouse Associates at both Associate I and Associate II levels to support distribution center operations across multiple shifts. These opportunities are ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their warehouse careers. Responsibilities

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers up to heights of 40 feet (Associate II)
• Complete daily warehouse tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation (Associate II)
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, and locate inventory (Associate II)
• Build and stage steel pallets for inventory replenishment (Associate II)
• Assist with manual trailer offloading (Associate II)
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the warehouse (Associate II)
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements (Associate II)
• Perform other duties as assigned (Associate II)
• Inspect and prepare glass parts for shipment by cleaning, buffing, taping, and recovering damaged items (Associate I)
• Assist with warehouse upkeep, including basic maintenance and cleaning (Associate I)
• Build steel pallets and support inventory preparation and bin maintenance (Associate I)
• Support outbound pack floor operations (Associate I)
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas (Associate I)
• Comply with all safety and PPE requirements (Associate I)
• Perform other duties as assigned (Associate I)
